About Carolynn

Current Work:

My primary work is in the hi-tech, entrepreneur, and angel/venture capital networks in Seattle, Portland, and Salt Lake City. In a nutshell, I consult with entrepreneurs who are looking for funding or need to streamline their operations and generate more revenue.

I’m the founder of the Hundred Dollar Business, and currently working on project #5, CoffeeWithAnExpert.com.

I also work in philanthropic initiatives, primarily in poverty-alleviation (microbusiness) and psychology (trauma recovery diagnostics). Read more about my current projects here.

Past Projects:

In the NorthWest, I have been affiliated with FundingUniverse and Epic Ventures.

Prior, I helped launch the Eastern Idaho Entrepreneurial Center, strengthening access to capital, VC, and technology commercialization in the state of Idaho. Our partners included Idaho National Laboratory, Epic Ventures, The Development Company, BYU-Idaho, and local angel investors.

While at the E Center, I developed a structured consulting program that runs 3 semesters per year, involving a rotation of 15 business & engineering interns, 80 student researchers, and 25+ local businesses.

Before the E Center, I worked for four startup companies in marketing & web-based technology, and ran four “Hundred Dollar Business” micro-businesses.
